4/5 Beautiful location in West Sedona. Close to many Amenities. Property Would be great if you have little ones. Lots of toys and race car beds downstairs. Would suggest updating pictures on website. trouble entering the property due to incorrect passcode provided. Quickly solved after call to host. Ceiling fan upstairs did not work. Also could not get signed in with Wi-Fi information provided

Great family place
5/5 Our family of 9 had a great time. The house had all the supplies needed for cooking for a large family and plenty of beds. We would definitely stay here again.

Could do with some TLC
3/5 Wonderful location,very clean and spacious. However there were no cushions for the outside chairs. House sleeps 10-12 but dinning room table only seats 8. No electric kettle and like previous guests we dealt with coffee makers that were unreliable or not working.
