Cozy place with great beach access
5/5 Great place for a family of four and a dog! Very easy access to the beach. My kids loved all the toys and puzzles that were there for guest use. Not fancy , but definitely cozy and a great place to get away for a few days!

Great for a quick stay w/young kids
5/5 This place is perfect for a quick stay on the beach! The poperty has 3 useable beds (queen, 2 twins). The top bunk has a sign that says "do not use" and is super close to the ceiling anyways. Kitchen had everything we needed, and my 4 year old loved all the toys in the alcove off the bedroom! The couch was a little uncomfortable, but for the location, we weren't sitting on it very often. Bathroom was roomy, whole place was clean and spacious for a 1 bedroom. Directions from manager were clear and communication was easy. Lots of easy parking, and everything was off the main road. There's a little community water spigot to wash your sandy feet off, which was necessary. For some reason the days we went, things in town closed down...and in general Rockaway is very small so it's better to bring your own groceries and cook yourself IMO; the grocery store is expensive if you don't. Overall, wonderful few days on the beach. The price is right for this little jewel box.

The perfect stay
5/5 I can't think of one negative thing about this condo, it is so cozy and has all the amenities of home, they even had us stacked with lots of snacks which the kids loved. The beach acess is so close you can fall asleep to the sound of waves We stayed 4 days through the 4th of July and they has a great show on the beach. The location is right at the edge of the little town allowing you to walk right over and start exploring. This part of the beach is one of the less busy which we enjoyed. 100% will be returning!
