5/5 Other than the miscommunication on VRBO on checking in everything was fabulous. Place was clean, organized and we felt like we were home.

Condo wasn’t ready at check in
3/5 We were unable to get in when we arrived at 4:15. . I attempted to call the contact and got her voicemail a few times, tried again and finally got through. She said “Oh, you’re checking in today?” They hurried and cleaned the place, but now I am concerned about how thorough the clean is. We got in at 6:30. As we start to get ready for bed at 11, there is no running water anywhere. I texted her and she said sorry, I didn’t see this notice but they’re turning off the water in the building to fix another unit. I understand that things happen but this was a real rough way to get started.There were plenty of towels, and having the dishwasher tabs, paper towels and toilet paper was great. The indoor pool was nice too. Minus the check in process, it was an ok place to stay. It could use a real good clean around baseboards and ceilings but I felt the bedding and kitchen and bathrooms were clean.
