• Dissappointing in pool

  The condo was very nice and clean We felt it had the necessary supplies. The location was great too and being on the beach was great. However, the pool was closed upon our arrival. I called out guest services rep, Jonathan, and he was able to determine that the pool would open for the season on April 1 the following monday. Once the pool was open the water was freezing all week. Both buildings/units on either side of us had their pools open with heated water and was being utilized by its guests. The listing had eluded to having a available pool We had a couple of children with us that were looking forward to swimming in the pool I believe we were mislead that there would be a pool available to us, therefore, it has put a negative feeling about using Evolve again, Thank you.

  Owner's response: "Michelle, We work hard to deliver a 5-star experience for all our guests and we're disappointed that you were not satisfied with our property.
  - We appreciate that you mentioned that the condo was clean and well-stocked. Also, the location and being on the beach were great.
  - We apologize that you felt you were misled, that would never be our intention. We will have the information verified in the listing and add the dates of use so that no one feels that way. The pool opens on April 1st, and it is not listed as a heated pool. We have no control over our pool not being heated and that the pools nearby are, we did provide you with funds so you could have a drink on us, as our apology for the inconvenience.
  We are confident that future guests will have excellent stays! We will continue to strive for those 5-star experiences we know we can deliver."

• Beautiful getaway!

  This trip was amazing! The rental property was just perfect. Jonathan, the host, was responsive to inquiries about access and knowledgeable about the area. He said that if you stand in the living room, and look at the water, you will feel like you are on a cruis ship, and he was RIGHT! It totally feels like you are! It blew my kids' minds how it could feel like that. :) The view was absolutely beautiful, and the sunrise was breathtaking from the balcony or the beach. Being on the 4th floor we were just steps away from the uncrowded beach and having the private access deck to the building was great.

  We were able to watch the sunrise from the balcony one morning, and from the beach the next. Weather was great, and allowed us to sit on the balcony at night, or walk to either one of the piers under the moonlight. The unit was clean and tastefully decorated. The kitchen was stocked with what we needed. The beds and pillows were fabulously comfortable! We 1,000% enjoyed our stay and can't say enough about how much we love (after never being here before) Murrells Inlet. The building is a little dated, but is clean and quaint, and definitely adds to the charm of the area. Different people in the building that we saw in the elevator or by the pool were friendly and helpful for suggesting different things to do and places to eat. The beach is clean and was fun to watch the shoreline disappear each day, and to walk further out before hitting the water. This Oceanfront Vacation Rental was EXACTLY what I was looking for and exactly what we needed! Thank you for all of the great memories!

  Very clean, updated, & nicely decorated property. Very relaxing stay on the beach. Would definitely stay here again.
