Spring break at Garden City
5/5 The condonwas neat, clean and included everything needed to enjoy a stay at the beach. The location is right across the road from an access, which is convenient. The 2 separate bedrooms was perfect for our family,
and while the super soft bed in the master was not great for me, (I'm a Sleep number 90!) We made it work. Some maintenance and painting was going on while we were there, so parking in the remaining spots under the building was a little tricky, but not impossible. There was no carpeting, which is a plus for me on cleanliness, and the place was decorated in a modern beach style. We would definitely book here again!

Breezy Beach Getaway
3/5 The proximity to the beach was great, as was the size of the accommodations. We liked that we had our own laundry, as well. There was ample parking. We loved the kitchen. Issues included the fans not working, and issues with the televisions. Directions for use (TVs) were supposed to be in the condo, but never were. The remote control to one of the fans was missing, so we could not turn that one on. The Evolve team was attentive to our needs with most of the issues. While the condo was clean, the furniture was NOT. The white sofa and chair were both very dirty, stained, and worn, which made it difficult to get comfortable. When we stripped the bed in the master bedroom on check-out day, as the directions asked, we noticed large stains. Honestly, we were grossed out. I don't think we'll be staying here in the future.

4/5 Property was relatively clean overall. Beds slept well. Few items that were not up to par... disposal broken, dishwasher ran on floor and white couches dirty and definitely needed changing out.
