• Wonderful Family Vacation

  We will definitely rent again! In this review i’ll provide as much detail as possible. As i’m someone who rents based off of reviews & all the fine details. Me, my husband, 3 kids(all under 7)& grandparents all had a wonderful week away! We usually go to LBI for our annual family vacation but decided to switch it up this year & go to Wildwood. This was our first time there & we were not disappointed! Although not close to the ocean, it was a short ride (5 minutes) straight down to the convention center. We parked there($10/day) & had easy access to the beach. I was nervous about the beach being so wide, But there was a wooden walkway that took you half way out to the beach. So much easier than walking on the sand the entire distance. Beach & Ocean were beautiful! The house was perfect for our group. The space in living room was great with a nice size tv & the dining room table had plenty of room for all of us. Bedroom downstairs had a good size tv. It didn't have dresser but closet was good size. Upstairs Queen size bedroom had a large closet, no dresser & no tv. 2nd bedroom upstairs had two full size beds. No closet or dresser. But bed frame had drawers & there was two wall racks to hang clothes from. Also had a a good size tv.

  The pool was great!! We definitely spoiled ourselves with renting a house with pool because I don’t think I’ll go without again! I was nervous it would be on the colder side considering it wasn’t heated but the temperature was perfect! The seagulls could be annoying but obviously nothing you could do about that. We did bring a mat for the outside shower. & glad we did because there wasn't one & the rocks were slimy &green. The house could have used a good cleaning. Maybe just because I’m a neat freak! But felt like it just needed a little extra T.L.C. Especially the floors (under beds and the upstairs bathroom vanity) & shower stalls & inside kitchen drawers/cabinets. There was plenty of toilet paper, wash cloths, bath towels and kitchen towels!

  We do use a crockpot for several

  Meals while On vacation. There was not one provided. Not a big deal at all but thought it was worth mentioning. On street Parking was not an issue for us. The house being on a corner lot gave plenty of parking options. The bathrooms did not have curtains. We ended up hangin towels up for extra privacy. Especially in the downstairs bathroom that overlooked the pool.

  The house definitely could use a deep clean! Ants everywhere in kitchen. The dryer had someone elses clothes in it. The washer had wet towels in it. Pool was clear but slimey on the bottom. Small bedrooms, and back deck furniture sll over the place.

We are always available should guests need anything while in residence. We never got a call or a word response. We gladly would have sent the cleaning crew back to address any cleanliness concerns right away. Thank you for your valuable feedback which we do take to heart. • Lovely outside deck with pool

  Clean, practically laid out house with lovely outside space. Large deck with pool, lounge chairs, large square table with parasol that seats eight quite comfortably. We spent most of our time outside it was so nice. (All sun in the morning except for under parasol, but one side shaded in afternoon.) A bit of a walk to the beach, especially when it's hot. Lots of restaurants and stores in quick driving distance (5 - 10 minutes), not much close for walking. Property manager was great, very responsive.

• Great family vacation house

  The house was even better than expected. We had a wonderful time. Only complaint was the central air, fans were definitely needed.
