- The furniture has an intentional mid-century motif but is in good condition. The style is meant to fit the 1952 bungalow's character. We've recently replaced the sectional sofa in the living room and installed a new TV within the past year to enhance the overall experience.
- We acknowledge that the lounging sofa in the sunroom needs replacement due to normal wear and tear. We appreciate your input.
- The patio furniture is also on our radar for an update, and we are actively planning to replace it.
