  The bed was comfortable to sleep in and this place had the basics. Ok view but it’s just above the loading area so it’s busy. We went the first week of July so we had to open the windows at night and use the fan because there’s no AC. No biggie though. The pictures look nice however, the place is smaller and darker than pictured. There would be room to walk around the bed in the master if they went to a simple headboard instead of the oversized piece they have now. I’m always annoyed when you pay a cleaning fee and they ask you to take out the trash. I wouldn’t go back but the experience wasn’t bad.

• Nice, clean condo in a beautiful location

  Our family stayed for an extended weekend vacation in June. We enjoyed it a lot. The condo was clean and nicely furnished. The kitchen was like new. The bedrooms were a little tight. The beds were really too big for the rooms. Bathrooms were OK. Nothing fancy and a little dated, but clean and functional.

  Our biggest complaint (not a big one) is that we had to park a good ways from the condo and take a shuttle to and from our cars. It wasn't horrible, but you have to add an extra 15 minutes or so to your plans when driving anywhere.

  All in all, it was a great home base for our mountain adventures. We would definitely return.

• THINK TWICE BEFORE BOOKING

  Not as advertised at all!!!!! Property is dark and gloomy. Not clean for such big cleaning fee. Sleeps 6 yet they only leave 4 towels. Sleeps 6 but only provide one coffee cup to drink from. Pots and pans are so warped you can’t even cook. They advertise pullout couch yet don’t provide sheets blankets and or pillows for the pullout couch. They advertise two parking spots, but what they don’t tell you is you have to park your vehicle at a lower portion of the mountain and take a transportation bus up to the property. There was a snowstorm and they only had one transportation bus .. took over 2 1/2 hours to get to our vehicle with our luggage. Total disappointment in this entire trip will never book at this property ever again. Contacted the owner twice with no response either time.

  Owner's response: "Cheryl, We go out of our way to offer exceptional hospitality to our guests. You caught us before some of the improvements had been made we apologize for the inconvenience.
  - The condo was scheduled to be painted on Monday, it has been completed since.
  - The couch has been replaced, it does not have any stains on it.
  - All of the outlets were checked and if needed were replaced. The light has been plugged in and is working.
  - The chandelier is scheduled to be replaced, however, it is on a dimmer and still works very well and the lighting is adequate.
  - We provide plenty of extra towels they are left in the guest room in a dresser, if you had let us know we would have been happy to let you know where they were.
  - The pots and pans in the kitchen have seen some wear and tear but they still work fine for cooking a good meal.
  - The stove only needed to be pushed over a bit to the right, when it gets moved there is a slight problem with it brushing the cupboard door. We have taken care of this and it is not an issue.
  - We looked into the shower head and drain and everything works fine the shower head is not broken and the drain works fine.
  - The TV in the master bedroom is hooked up to Roku which is a streaming device only, if you had let us know we could have let you know about this.
  - We did not get contacted by you during your time at the condo, if you had contacted us we could have taken care of all your issues and explained how to use things and where you could find the things you complained were missing. We are here for all our guests and will help in any way we can.
  We truly go above and beyond for our guests, and we are confident that future guests will have excellent stays! We will continue to deliver the 5-star experiences we know we can."

  The shuttle service was great. The Bus over to the Slopes at Sugar Mountain was great! The Condo was clean. The view is pretty. Pool area was nice! The only thing that needed improvement was…Needs more towels! & the complimentary Shampoo, Conditioner & body soap all had water added to them. This can cause bacteria to grow. They really need to buy new stuff & not add water to them to make it last longer! Thank goodness we brought our own toiletries!

  The only thing that needed improvement was…

  Needs more towels!

  & the complimentary Shampoo, Conditioner & body soap all had water added to them. This can cause bacteria to grow. They really need to buy new stuff & not add water to them to make it last longer! Thank goodness we brought our own toiletries!
