  I’ve been at staying at SugarTop since my family owned a unit there when I was little. We now rent 3 or so times a year. We’ve been renting different units based on availability, but we hope to make this our go-to rental. The condo was perfectly stocked with linens, paper and cleaning products, and cooking appliances/utensils. There are even sleds! You can see the slopes from the room so well that we could literally watch my teenager come down switchback and Oma’s. Every floor of SugarTop has a great view, but my kids basically live in the pool, so a shorter elevator ride is a plus for us. Also, as another review said, sometimes you have to shuttle up from the parking lot, but we’ve never found this to be a huge inconvenience and it’s usually only on weekends and holidays that they have to have renters park in lower lots. Even then, the shuttle drivers are kind and helpful and unless it’s check in/out, they’re readily available to transport you. Pro tip: don’t check in/out on Fridays and Sundays and if you must, avoid exact check in/out times. All in all we could not be more pleased with our stay! We look forward to returning to this condo next winter!

• Great location BUT have to shuttle or walk to car

  Overall the accomodations were nice although it was frustrating that the staff couldn't better accommodate parking. We stayed for a week and the upper back parking lot had between 40-60 empty parking spots at all times. I understand you maybe can't get all renters to the top but at least attempting to try a system would be better than the shuttle system that ran. They could have asked families to just take the driver of the vehicle down so that families weren't waiting an hour to get to their vehicle bc having to wait for 1 family each trip down and no one managing it better. Had the drivers asked everyone waiting to just shuttle down the drivers of the vehicles and let them drive up and pick up their families, they could have eliminated the ridiculously long waits - especially considering the rain/weather. Also the shuttle driver complaining about only making 22 in tips on Christmas and how people were so rude, as that may have been true is not something we particularly want to hear about just fyi
