Great Location!
5/5 The space was a nice size and comfortable. The location was great-close to everything! After long days of hiking the futon/sofa was not comfortable to relax in. This is our only complaint. Overall, a great place to stay!

Great Home Base
4/5 This was a great little place that was exactly as described and we enjoyed our stay. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars was the armless futon sofa was pretty uncomfortable. After a long day of hiking, we would have loved to relax and watch TV, but it just wasn’t possible and there was no TV in the bedroom. I would also recommend adding an extension cord for the cute bedside lamps. The only way to turn them on was to move the nightstand and reach far behind the headboard, so they were virtually unusable. Pool was really chilly in October, but we didn’t mind. It was a great way to ice sore muscles.

Great place to use as homebase for hiking.
5/5 This one bedroom with full kitchen was perfect for our stay in the Sedona area for hiking. The bed was comfortable. There were plenty of towels, including big ones to use at the pool. It was close to hiking trails and far away from the crowds and traffic in Sedona. Not a lot of rules for checkout: just put the used linens and towels in a pile, put away all dishes, and take out trash. The whole apartment was super clean. We also enjoyed the pool every afternoon after hiking. We would stay here again.
