• It was OK, but uncertain we would stay here again.

  The previous ratings of this property indicate it's amazing and very well stocked. It was not. The inside was generally clean but the house, but especially the exterior/yard was in poor shape. Tree branches laying everywhere, broken lights along the drive (and everywhere). There were spiders/web literally all over the exterior of the house. (We found them in bed rooms after only a few days being there). It's clear minimal effort is being done to maintain house. Here are a few other things we found when we arrived and/or over the course of the stay:- Pots were dirty- Broken or missing screens (so couldn't open many windows due to more bugs)- Broken can opener (we replaced)- No dish rags (we had to buy our own)- No laundry detergent- Blinds non-functional- Drains barely drained- No garage door opener (which would've been very helpful)- Not enough silverware- The railing on 2nd floor very loose, probably dangerous to use- Pantry was a disaster with misc. items scattered everywhere. (We organized it to make enough room to put food that we brough/purchased there)- The BBQ was in really bad shape and required some effort to clean to feel like it was OK to use.We feel the listing mis-represented the use of a pool, pickleball and tennis courts. They were not available to us without purchasing an expensive one-year membership. At least this is what the club told us. This was disappointing.The location is perfect, but we probably wouldn't stay here again.

  Property is exactly as advertised, great location and house had ample room for our group of 6. Would recommend and would absolutely rent this home again :). Thanks!

• Perfect size for the number of guests

  I unfortunately miss typed my email address when booking on VRBO. Thankfully it was easy to locate the contact info for the management company . However, there was a lot of confusion when we contacted the local host who said it was a multi family house and the garage wasn’t available. According to our info the directions had specifically said we had to park in the garage. Also, the photos of the entrance did not match the actual door and lock so that really had us worrying that the local host was right and it was a multi-family house. We did finally figure it out and make it into the house, to find the only instructions for the property were in the utility room and it was a brochure for another management company. One thing that really would have been helpful is to have a bag of de-ice or sand for the super steep driveway. Although we shoveled it every morning it left a glaze of ice behind making it a wee bit tricky to make it up and into the garage. Over all the areas we used where clean but the house does need some love and a new can opener as well as a new set of knives. Not that it mattered for our stay but someone put one of the master bathroom’s sinks at an angle so soap kept sliding off. The other sink was mount level so we used that one the most.

  We had wonderful experience with the house. Everything was perfect. Our host Sara and her husband were very nice and quick to respond. The house was completely stocked with all the necessities and above! Beautiful house with two living rooms and two fireplaces. The view was breathtaking, jacuzzi with jets, and everything was clean and cozy. Can’t ask for more! Location was perfect for all our planned destinations. We will definitely book this wonderful house again!
