Relaxing stay in the forest
5/5 We had a very relaxing stay, getting away from the Phoenix heat. We enjoyed sitting on the huge shaded back patio enjoying the sights and sounds of nature. The inside was cozy and well-decorated. A bonus was finding the nearby Kelly Pocket trail which was beautiful. Communication with the owners was very good. We hope to come back again and again.

Perfect Stay
5/5 Absolutely loved everything about this spot. Very kind hosts and great communication. Beautiful views. Ended our days sitting on the patio taking in the view and reading books provided by them. Our fur baby really enjoyed the patio as well.

Nice Private Apartment
4/5 We rented this apartment for 5 days with plans to visit the Grand Canyon, Sedona, and surrounding areas. The location of the apartment worked well for that. I wouldn’t say there are “views” from the apartment per se, but it is in a nice area and weather permitting the patio would have been a nice place to relax. It was cooler weather while we were there and there was no thermostat access in apartment. The forced air heat came on and off through the night and was quite loud but the warmth was welcomed. The space heater in the bedroom also helped but does not heat the kitchen/sitting area. The floors are quite cold so I would recommend bringing house shoes for the stay in cooler months. The owners communicated well and while they were upstairs during our stay there was no problems with noise. I would recommend as a great place for one or two people who plan to spend most of their time outside exploring and need a place to lay their heads.
