• Peaceful stay

  The location was definitely off the busy rush of Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. The house was recently remodeled. Beds were great! It was peaceful, we didn’t want to leave. Deer were roaming the yard both days. The view in the fall was beautiful! Would definitely recommend. The drive to the location is a bit far and if you get car sick this isn’t your place. No complaints from our group!

  Nice, quiet area about 15 minutes from downtown Pigeon Forge. House was furnished nicely with plenty of room for 6 of us. Enjoyed the outdoor firepit area as well.

• Communication was HORRIBLE!!!!

  The property was exactly as advertised. However communication between the house host, Evolve and myself was HORRIBLE!! We tried for over an hour to get the house host to responded back to us since the code we were given to enter the house wasnt rt. She never responded. While we were trying to get in touch with her my daughter-n-law was trying to reach someone on the Evolve line she never could get anyone to answer. Called VRBO the poor lady on the other end was wonderful she tried to get in contact with them as well it took her another hour before someone would respond she was about to help us find somewhere else to stay. Finally after 2 hours of trying someone did answer and give us the rt code to the door.

  The house smelled musty from no one opening it up could handle that. House was clean and well maintained. Hubby and granddaughter enjoyed the game room.
