  Great location for a getaway with friends. Easy walk to the beach. Nice large master bedroom.

  Kitchen is in dire need of more and better dinnerware and cookware. Seating for the deck is lacking. 3 plastic chairs are disappointing for such a nice deck area.

  For the money this was too expensive. Too many stairs that were scary! Garage stunk! Lots of cobwebs!!! Yard is a joke! Dining table was a big joke! It's 2024, get some better furniture! Couch & chairs were so uncomfortable! The beach was the best part.

  -The stairs are clearly shown in the listing photos and detailed as stairs required for entry, but we understand that they might not be ideal for everyone.
  -The garage is spacious and equipped with an electric car charger.
  -The furniture, including the couch and chairs, is new, and while comfort can be subjective, we try to accommodate all guests' comfort, we're sorry the furniture didn't meet your preferences.
  -Regarding cobwebs in the garage, we have talked with our cleaning crew to ensure this issue does not recur for future travelers.
  -Evolve here: We do our best to set industry-competitive prices based on the property and surrounding area and use a dynamic pricing algorithm, which can fluctuate depending on the time of year or holiday season. We apologize if you didn't feel it was a good value.

• Great place for a family getaway

  Some rentals we have stayed at don't live up to the listing photos and description - this home is an exception.

  Comfortable furniture, clean kitchen with nice appliances, beautiful sunset views, even a brand new gas grill!

  Was a perfect place to explore the area; hiking along Samuel Boardman Corridor, fishing, kayaking and swimming the Rogue, walks on the beach, and even a day trip to the Redwoods are all adventures we took during our stay.

  House is on a quiet dead end street so no traffic and we slept with the windows open to hear the waves crashing. Did I mention the beautiful sunsets???!!!!

  Nice property for a group of six. If you can’t handle stairs this is not a property for you. Great view.
