5/5 Our family of nine stayed a few days and built wonderful memories! Well suited to large group and very clean. I spoke with the manager who is a jewel. Great location. We will be back!

Best rental for large group
5/5 Our family of 9 stayed for a few days and thoroughly enjoyed building great memories! We went to the beach which was only a few blocks away! We played board games at night in our immaculate townhouse which was well suited for a large group.
VERY CLEAN/NICE DECOR
4/5 THE PLACE WAS IDENTICAL TO PICS ONLINE. VERY NEAT AND CLEAN AND VERY NICE DECOR. THE DESCRIPTION SAID IT TAKES ONE STEP TO ENTER THE LIVING ROOM/KITCHEN IT WAS NOT ONE STEP IT WAS A WHOLE FLIGHT OF STEEP STAIRS. WOULD NOT STAY HERE AGAIN BECAUSE IT IS TO HARD TO WALK UP 2 STEEP FLIGHTS OF STAIRS NUMEROUS TIMES A DAY WITH BABIES AS WELL AS SOMEONE WITH ANY TYPE OF BACK PROBLEMS. ALSO, IF YOU WANT A VIEW OF THE BEACH YOU WILL GET A WOOD FENCE. THAT IS YOUR VIEW. THE BEACH MAYBE 3 BLOCKS AWAY BUT YOU CAN NOT SEE THE BEACH AT ALL.

3/5 POSITIVE SIDE FIRST THE PLACE WAS VERY CLEAN AND DECOR WAS BEAUTIFUL. I WOULD NOT STAY HERE AGAIN FOR THE SIMPLE FACT THAT YOU HAVE TO CLIMB 3 STEEP FLIGHTS OF STAIRS EVERY SINGLE DAY AND IF YOU HAVE CHILDREN OR AN OLDER PERSON WITH PROBLEMS, THIS IS NOT THE RENTAL FOR YOU. THE DESCRIPTION IS VERY MISLEADING BECAUSE IT SAYS IT REQUES ONE STEP TO GET TO THE KITCHEN & DINING. IT IS A FLIGHT OF STAIRS TO GET THERE. I ASKED TACY AT VRBO ABOUT IT PRIOR TO OUR STAY AND SHE SAID ONE STEP. AGAIN IT IS A FLIGHT OF STAIRS TO GET TO THE KITCHEN & DINING. YOUR VIEWS ARE TERRIBLE YOU HAVE 2 BALCONIES AND YOU ARE LOOKING AT A WOOD FENCE. NO VIEWS OF ANYTHING PRETTY AT ALL.
Superior Rental in Great Area
5/5 Everything about this rental was at least great. Communication with representative, location, cleanliness, just everything. As a group of four senior golfers, we found nothing wanting. Comfortable beds, lots of towels, all kitchen gear we needed, lots of seating for big TV, proximity to the golf courses. Hope to stay here next January. (Tracy, the representative, was spectacular.)
