Very clean and nice inside. Do wish it said was on top of the office for the campgrounds. Heather was a very helpful host. Looking forward to coming back hopefully in the spring

We really enjoyed our stay at The Lodge. Heather was a wonderful host and was quick to communicate with us. We enjoyed talking with Heather, meeting her son and learning more about the White Oaks Cabins site and history. The cabin is spacious, roomy and private; the decor is very cute! We enjoyed hiking on the trails and exploring the property. We had fun playing games in the barn and relaxing in the evenings in the hot tub. Gorgeous sunset views from the main bedroom, dining room and the deck. The Lodge sits up among the trees, so beautiful! We can't wait to go back!!
I had originally reserved The Lodge but were moved to The Castle due to the hot tub needing repair. Although, I was disappointed at first, the Castle was very cute and cozy. We spent the majority of our time there enjoying the view from the front porch. I did bring chair cushions and a pedestal fan from home. This is a rustic property, and the owner is doing what she can to make her guest’s stay comfortable. Ideal wilderness getaway.
