The cottage is nestled across the street from beautiful Lake Michigan and the bluffs of Penninsula State Park. Walk across the street to spend sunny days at the beach, or rent a boat for a day of fun on the lake.
Door County is noted for its diverse music, art galleries, and theaters. Rain or shine, there is always something to do! You'll enjoy plenty of swimming, boating, fishing, biking, golfing, hiking, eating or just relaxing. There is never enough time to fulfill everything you would like to do while visiting Door County. You'll find yourself wanting to come back again and again!
If you get tired of cooking in the fully equipped kitchen, take a short walk to dine at any of the fabulous restaurants and get dessert at Wilson's ice cream parlor. You won't want to miss out on the Post Office Restaurant, famously noted for the oldest and most renowned fish boil.
The Anderson Dock Museum and Art Gallery is a must see! It's noted for its great fishing right off the dock, so don't forget your fishing pole!

Fabulous Stay - Again
5/5 We have stayed in this house many times over the years - and there are (many) reasons we keep coming back.
The house is in beautiful condition, so well supplied, and has the perfect mix of charming lake house property by the water with modern appeal. The location is perfect in lovely Ephraim - central to all that Door County has to offer. And for days you might be a bit more slow going, there’s nothing like sitting in the beautiful front room / sun room. The host is so wonderful to work with, accommodating, responsive, and helpful too. At this point, I can’t imagine staying anywhere else. And now that we just got home from this trip, I’m ready to firm up dates for our next trip. It’s the perfect backdrop to making so many wonderful memories.
5/5 We spent an incredible 5 days at this property. The home was everything we could have asked for, clean, cozy, and fully-stocked. The host was amazing to work with and more than accommodating. This is a beautiful property in a perfect location.

Beautiful stay in Ephraim Cottage
5/5 I loved this cottage. Check in was so seamless. The location is excellent, walking distance from favorites Wilson’s Ice Cream and Pearl wine Cottage. The bonus room for lounging was a nice extra. Kitchen has everything you could need. Beds were comfy. I loved sitting on the front porch with coffee and a book each morning. My only request/feedback is that the tvs seem a little older and there were some issues webcasting from another device and that would be my only hesitation from staying in that property again. Other than that I’d be happy to be a repeat customer!! I also appreciate that there was some flexibility in the number of booking days. Many properties require a 7 day stay so it was nice we only wanted 5 and we could do that :) thank you!

5/5 Excellent! Everything went very smoothly and our experience couldn't have been better. The property was comfortable, clean, and it suited our needs perfectly-four adults and two children , ages 3 & 5. We would highly recommend this rental property. We had to contact caretakers twice and their response was immediate and helpful.
