Perfect location to stadium
5/5 Girls weekend for concerts at the stadium. Roughly three blocks. House is cute and clean. Will definitely rent again.

2/5 Overall there was nothing good to report. The digital lock to get in never worked, luckily there was a lockbox and key or we could not lock the door. The house smelled like mildew/mold. The neighborhood is full of boarded up homes and felt completely unsafe. I would not recommend to anyone looking for a nice trip to Atlanta.

Hi Sharon, we always appreciate hearing from our guests, but the homeowner would like to take a moment to clarify a few things raised in your review: “Our apologies about the electronic lock not working but fortunately we always have a lock box on the unit in the event the technology does not work for some reason. The neighborhood is changing and there is a lot of remodeling and new construction going on. The home is located on a very quiet street and we provide a security system for your convenience and security. If you had made me aware of any odors in the home, I would have had my cleaning team come to rectify the problem, however as the old adage goes "I can't fix what I don't know is broken". I was in the home the week before you were there and there was no smell to it at all. As my email to you indicated (and a note within the property), if there are any concerns, just let me know and I will be happy to fix them.”

5/5 We had a wonderful time staying at this property. The owners where very helpful and responsive and everything was what we thought it would be. We would definitely return!
