5/5 This home is just incredible. Every detail is so thoughtful and makes you feel instantly relaxed and welcomed. The elevator was huge for my father! It made a multi generational trip a reality. No detail is overlooked!

Great time on Canandaigua
5/5 Great property with a beautiful view of the lake! Plenty big enough for 8 adults and 2 kids. We had a fantastic time. Owners are super nice and very accommodating. Loved it!

5/5 We had a great time using this property as our base for visiting around the NY Upstate area. Robert and Kathy Baxter are the very best hosts. We had an issue with losing a key and they solved our problem within minutes.Kathy is very friendly and willing to help with anything. The house was clean and well stocked with everything we needed. If we're back in this area, this home would be our choice. PS. only two cars but a nice big parking area. Thanks to Kathy and Robert

A very cute place to stay!
5/5 This place was really nice. Even better than the photos. We were two families (2 parents with 2 kids) staying so it was a great setup. The upstairs had two bedroom/ 2 bathroom with living room and then two bedroom/ one bath downstairs. The kitchen was well stocked for those looking to cook. We cooked many meals. The beds were comfortable to sleep on. The only one thing I would say I didn’t like was a long checkout list instructions and you had to be out by 10am. This is not uncommon for most Vrbo but I always find it a little annoying especially since everyone pays a cleaning fee. Any way, this how most rentals operate and something should be said. The location is beautiful and quiet. A perfect getaway!
