4/5 Nice place. Needs access to the basement for an extra lounge area and could use some carpet for noise reduction. Otherwise very nice!!

Amazing find!
5/5 Had a weekend with a few friends I haven't seen in a while since we dont live near one another. This rental was absolutely perfect. Very clean and well put together.
I couldn't personally recommend this more. Check in and out was very simple and the whole experience was hassle free. Top tier communication as well.
The location is close to downtown and quiet at night. Everything in the description was 100% accurate and there were no surprises. Thanks for a great spot, definitely an experience we will not forget!!!

5/5 We loved the house.. had everything we needed.. only hiccup was not realizing there were so many steps down to the pier.. pictures made it look like it was a short walk out from the yard.. we managed just fine and absolutely enjoyed our time together there!
