• Parking nightmare

  They ripped us off horribly with parking. Floors in condo were gross. And NO mattress covers or fitted sheets, and dirty dishes.

  -Our goal is to provide our guests' with the best possible experience for your well-deserved holidays—interesting, clean, and stress-free.
  -Each unit is allocated an assigned parking space, and you were provided with one during your stay.
  -We maintain photographic records of each unit's condition before guest arrival. While we see no evidence of oversight, your feedback encourages us to strive for even higher standards. We offer both fitted and flat sheets to accommodate guest preferences, and we regret our misjudgment this time.
  -Regarding the mattress pads, we typically place them on the beds. While they provide added comfort, we understand they may feel too warm during the summer months. Rest assured, they are always available in the closet for our guests' convenience.
  Our commitment to providing an exceptional stay remains steadfast, and we eagerly anticipate hosting many more satisfied guests.

• Not what i expected.

  Owner is advertising rhat rhe place has a hot tub and it doesn't.. in addtion, balcony has cation tape on corner. Little piece of balcony is missing...the balcony for the unit directly above was in the same condition. I did not feel safe stabding on the balcony. This should be fixed right away for the price they charge. Owner of unit did not reply to my request for early check in. I feel at a minimum should be responding to email.

  Owner's response: "Ana, we want all of our guests to rest easy when they stay with us, and we're sorry that you experienced some issues during your trip.
  
  - We are sorry about the construction, this is out of our control as the building is the one that is taking care of the maintenance. We will do what we can to notify upcoming guests so that they are not surprised by this. The safety of our guests is very important to us and that is why there is caution tape on the deck.
  - We apologize for not emailing you back about the early check-in, but we understand you were met at the front desk at 1:00 and the usual check-in time is 4:00, and we didn't think a reply was necessary. We are available for all our guests and will reply to messages and emails sent.
  
  We truly go above and beyond for our guests, and we are confident that future guests will have excellent stays! We will continue to strive for the 5-star experiences we know we can deliver."

• Couple of glitches

  We reserved for 3 adults and 2 children and were only given two room keys. When we asked for more, the facility apparently told our liaison extra keys would be an additional $50 each. This was ludicrous considering the need for the sale of adults coming and going to a sport tournament and moreover ridiculous considering the money paid to stay.

  The WiFi also never worked, we could not sign in , so had to make due without it.

  On our way out I attempted to take out the kitchen garbage as a courtesy and in doing so the entire bag came apart and spilled all over the floor, which I cleaned up. This can be prevented by using something other than the absolute thinnest bag, not at all suitable for kitchen garbage.

  The location is extremely convenient and the balcony views were lovely.
