Babys first beach trip
5/5 Great house! Not the best neighborhood didn't really want to go on walks. The grill was falling apart. Pack and play was a surprise bonus! But never found the air mattress from the listing not that we needed it

Met our needs but room for improvement
3/5 We were in town for a quick weekend to see friends. The property was conveniently located close to our friends’ house and seems to be in a pretty central location and close enough to the beach. There’s a super cute coffee shop/bar within walking distance. The neighborhood is in transition with a mix of nice, recently renovated properties and some older properties that have seen better days. We didn’t feel super comfortable in the neighborhood, which felt a little sketchy at times. The property listing mentions the outdoor cameras; it does not, however, mention the listening device in the living room (a Minut decibel-monitoring device) nor the Google home device. We were less than thrilled with the level of surveillance and lack of full disclosure.Property is surface clean but could use a serious deep clean—walls and baseboards are filmy and dirty, especially in the bathroom, and carpet throughout is stained and very dirty. There were some nice touches—they provide some granola bars and other snacks, and there’s a fully stocked coffee bar with tea. Towels and bedding were clean.Communication with the management company was prompt—we had an issue with the remote access app and front door lock, which was quickly resolved.Overall, it was fine for our quick stay but I don’t know that I would return.
