clean and big
5/5 My wife appreciates a clean home and as soon as we walked in you could tell the house was well maintained and clean. The rooms were all larger that they appeared in the pictures. Plenty of chairs in the garage if you forget some. The beach for us was most important and it was less that 5 min walk, nice soft sand, not crowded. A nice sitting area on the back deck was plenty big and there is a fire pit with seating in the back yard. We didn't take advantage, bc the heat index was 100 on a couple of the days. The local area wasn't too crowded with visitors, even the week of the 4th of July. Not sure what VA Beach is like, but I would imagine more crowded. So, low key. Walked into a good seafood restaurant and didn't have to wait for a table, it was busy though. This was our first house rental and it was a positive experience. If we're ever staying in the area again, we would book the house again for sure. Thank you
