Wonderful stay and property!
5/5 The property provided the perfect space for our weeklong family getaway. Very close to Bear Lake marina and witching waking distance of Mike’s Market. The property provided plenty of space for our group of 14.

Was not cleaned well, smelled of mold, great location.
3/5 The kids loved the basement, although the game equipment wasn't working, but the TV did. The adults didn't enjoy the smell of the upstairs and there was places through that clearly were NOT cleaned. Even gross rags in showers etc. Also the backyard had massive weeds and the kids didn't want to be out there cause they poked them.

- We strive to provide our guests with a great guest experience, so we were disappointed to hear your feedback and want to take a moment to address your concerns.
- We appreciate you bringing some items of cleanliness concerns to our attention. We have since followed up with our cleaning team to ensure closer attention is paid to detail, so future guests do not share the same experience. Additionally, the weeds have since been removed and sprayed.
- Unfortunately, the new gaming system we recently placed in the home for our guests use during their stay was broken by a previous renter, so we have made the decision to remove it from the property and listing. A Wii, old school Nintendo, and air hockey table is still available for our guests entertainment in the basement.

4/5 The cleanliness need addressed. I contacted the owner and they were unaware of some of the items and apologized. The back yard is tiny with astroturf (which it actually shows in the picture). It was very spacious had a lot of beds. We had a great theme as a family. A little pricey but overall was good

Nice stay
4/5 Spending $2,000 for 4 nights and 2 1/2 days i didn't like the requirements of cleaning up before we left talking sheets and pillow cases of and putting them in laundry, washing towels, emptying trash cans etc. I felt like the very maid i was paying for.
