Good overall
4/5 Overall this house was a good spot for our family. The location was fantastic - easy walk to the beach and main road. The pool was a great feature. The upstairs of the house was clean and spacious. The downstairs, while clean, had a very “basement” feel to it and we observed a few cockroaches as well. I understand roaches are difficult to avoid in such an environment but it’s still unsettling when you’re sleeping down there. The kitchen upstairs could definitely use some additional utensils as they seemed to be lacking. Sitting outside at night was great up until there were large rodents running right by us each night. Again, I know it’s hard to control but I really think this house could benefit from some serious pest control in order to improve.

Family vacation
4/5 First time in South Padre. The location of the house was perfect. Walking distance to the beach. Close shops, restaurants and attractions. I gave this place an overall 4 because the downstairs bedrooms do not connect to the upstairs. This made it hard for all of us to be together. Otherwise, it was a great place to stay.

Family trip
5/5 Our family of 8 had an amazing time at south padre island. The home was very nice, and fit us all VERY comfortably. We had a great time by the pool and made lots of great memories.

5/5 We can't wait to return here. Plenty of room for our large group and so nice to have a pool in the evenings! Everything is walkable- food, beach and fun! Very comfortable stay and great hosts! Thank you! This Chicago group will be back!
Beautiful place!
5/5 This place was better than I expected. The rooms had such a beachy vibe and there’s lots of space. This gives the feel of a true vacation!! The pool is spectacular and there’s a direct walk to the beach. I recommend because this place is near everything. I can tell that these people truly wanted its guests to have a comfortable and delightful stay!!
