Spreading of my husbands ashes
5/5 It was exactly how I wanted it to be. My adult children and two of my grandkids. The house was amazing and perfect for us. The only (and one and only) negative thing is the plastic covers on the mattresses. Every time I turned over it made a scrunching noise. Other than that, it was beautiful and perfect.

Fabulous Vacation Rental
5/5 When it comes to finding the perfect vacation rental, our recent stay at Hook, Wine, & Sinker exceeded all expectations. From the moment we stepped foot into this hidden gem, we knew were in for an extraordinary experience.
The interior of the house was simply impeccable. The spacious living areas provided ample room for our group to unwind and relax, while the large windows filled the space with an abundance of natural light and canal views. The bedrooms had the perfect layout, extremely comfy beds, and updated bathrooms.
The outdoor space came with an upper deck to be able to hang out with plenty of available seating. Downstairs had a dock that we were able to go crabbing (blue and stone crabs caught), along with fishing. There was also an area downstairs for you to clean anything caught off.
Hook, Wine, & Winker vacation rental is a true gem that offers an unparalleled experience. Its idyllic location, coupled with its amenities and exceptional service, creates an oasis of tranquility and relaxation. Whether you're seeking a romantic getaway or a memorable family vacation, this is the place to be. We are already counting down the days until we can return to stay again. Shout out to Bill & Judy for being such great and responsive hosts for anything you may need (plus the complimentary bottle of wine was also very tasty).

Great Trip
5/5 Stayed 3 nights around the 4th of July. House was nice and clean and the neighborhood was quiet. Owner communicated with me before our trip about the AC issue, and a window unit was put in the living room and helped a lot. We had plenty of room to spread out. Would stay here again.

Great house for families.
5/5 Our family had our annual Beach Vacay and stayed at Hook Wine and Sinker. The host was amazing, and was available if needed. The house was clean and exactly as depicted in the photos online and was dog friendly. Our grandchildren thoroughly enjoyed fishing off the dock and the neighbors were supportive when they caught a fish, clapping and whoo hooing. There's plenty of light to hang out on the dock at night, a bar area and a grill available to use. The house is located a short 3 minute drive to Beach access 18 where you can park your vehicle and pick a spot for the day. The beach is wide and even though it is prime season and a beautiful weekend, there was plenty of space. We drove about 30" to the Strand one night, and had a blast eating at Hearsay and having dessert at LaKings Confectionary.
The house has everything you need. Just bring yourselves, your bathing suits and your food and drinks.
I highly recommend this location! Don't hesitate.
