5/5 Host was generous and helpful. House was clean and fully stocked. Group of 10 came in for the Eclipse. Enjoyed the yard and house. Would love to come back.
Ranch House in Fredericksburg
5/5 We absolutely loved our stay in this home. This was the first rental where we were able to park our truck in the garage and feel totally relaxed and at home. The place is immaculate and well stocked with everything we needed. The owner, Brad, put a lot of thought into the home, and was so nice to work with. We will definitely rent this home on our next trip to Fredericksburg. Another thing we liked is the distance from town. We loved not being on the main street. We had a 5-minute drive down a country road which was away from the crowds and noise. It made for excellent sleeping and stargazing.
Great indoor and outdoor space for large family
5/5 This large home has great space for a large family. Large kitchen with HUGE bar area for meals plus dining room with table for 4, plus AMAZING sunroom with table for 4, plus outdoor patio with table for 6, plus pergola with large table for 6 with a built-in fire pit perfect for s'mores!!! Two bedrooms, each nice size, plus enormous Master bedroom are all downstairs. Master bath has large tiled walk-in shower and separate tub. Upstairs is loft area with two beds, but the only AC is a window unit (might be good for older children or teens because the stairs are narrow and steep). If you enjoy the outdoors, this place is for you! Large front porch is the perfect place to watch the deer during the sunrise. Large back patio is a great place to enjoy the peace and quiet while stargazing. This home was an easy drive to shopping and wineries, and had everything we needed to create some wonderful memories while in Fredericksburg!

5/5 There were 10 of us. 9 adults and one infant that stayed for my daughter’s 22nd birthday. We had such a great time enjoying each others company in a gorgeous home. brad, the owner/contact was amazing!

Ladies trip
5/5 Great home - Brad was a great host. Amazing open kitchen, living and dining area so we could all hang out and chat while cooking breakfast. Loved seeing all the deer around the house as there was a great sitting area outside. Highly recommend!
