5/5 Very nice cozy home to stay in! Definitely recommend
Nice home, but just okay
3/5 The home was nice at first glance, very modern and great central location for what we needed it for. Upon deeper dive, there were parts of the home that were dirty. The small bathroom had a clogged sink with gunk coming out of it. The floors were dirty and turned our socks black as we walked on it, plus pet hair! There were no hand towels anywhere, many of the linens were still in the dryer upon arrival. I think this home has so much more potential and should be treated as such by the management team. A plus to this property was that the management was very responsive!
Disappointment
2/5 Upon arrival, I learned that the front door had been broken by the previous tenants and was taped up with no access to enter. The property manager told me I could enter through the garage and after several prompts, sent me the garage door code. It didn't work. She then told me to manually lift open the garage door which was covered in bugs, spider webs, and debris. I got into the house finally to discover that the WiFi info that was sent to me in the house manual was outdated??? After a few hours I got connected to the WiFi. When leaving for work the next day, I had to leave the garage door open (since I had no code to close it). The property manager again then insisted to use the code which I told her didn't work. Finally, they sent me a code to a lockbox on the back door with keys to enter and exit the house. I travel to Austin 1-2 times a month and this was the world experience I have had so far! The house is very dated and the pictures don't really depict how the house looks. Additionally, related to the front door, they said a locksmith would be coming the day I checked in; then they texted me that the locksmith cancelled and couldn't come for another 4 days -- unacceptable!
Good stay
4/5 House was nice. Could use some touch ups, there was trash all in the yard upon arrival, but my husband picked it up. Front door is hard to open. There was an inch of dust on the ceiling fan in the master, floor had not been mopped. No dish soap to hand wash small dishes. Beds were comfortable. Back yard was nice, one of the out door seating areas had no cushions, no propane to use grill. Hallway bath water did not stay warm. We had a decent stay but was a tad disappointed in the above items.
Convenient and affordable get away for a family
5/5 We had a wonderful family gathering, enjoyed the backyard, and the drive to downtown was simple. I give it two thumbs up!
