  The house was amazing! Everything was as described! The kitchen offered everything you would need for making a meal. Very spacious, room for the whole family! Kids loved the game room! It offered us the opportunity to spend time as a family which becomes harder and harder as the children get older. Oh and the hot tub was wonderful too!

  The house was perfect for our family.A few miles from Pigeon Forge.

  Be careful of the winding and narrow roads.

  Activities and games included for our grandkids.

• Wonderful House

  Overall, my family and I loved this rental and our stay in the Pigeon Forge area. The house is located within a half hour drive to all of our favorite things to do and restaurants to eat at (Dolly's Stampede show, Comedy Barn show, Alpine Coaster, Go Carts, etc.) Our son absolutely loved having the pool table room and the movie room. And we loved being able to have our four legged friend there as well. There was even a bedroom that included a crate! But the house seems a little unfinished. The inside of the house is beautiful and for the most part well equipped. We loved having the lamps with built in charger ports, but hated that there were no dressers or really many places to unpack, especially in the basement. There were no hooks or racks in the bathroom to hang towels (or even a toilet paper holder) and a very small vanity, so most of our personal items lived on the floor for the time we were there. And the out side of the house could use a little clean up, as there were wires hanging in the yard and small pieces of construction debris littering the grounds. When I received our check in information I was given a contact whom I could email if needed. I ended up emailing the contact several times (even at odd hours) and they were very responsive, kind, and professional every time. So overall, great house, great location, great customer service, but the house could use just a little more attention.
