  The accommodations were nice but need some TLC. We experienced some plumbing problems with 2 of the rest rooms that required 2 visits from a plumber to get them resolved. The hot tub, even after a service call, never reached the proper temperature for use. The property manager was helpful and did what she could. While some of the furniture was fine, some of it needs to be replaced. The house can accommodate 18 plus but does not have enough seating in the common area for that many people. Personally, I also feel some redecoration would make a world of difference. A deep cleaning would help, at least one of the showers had black mold in the grout. The location is great. We just felt it needed some work.

  The large home was a good fit for the 6 adults and 6 children. The lot is level, very nice for kids to play. The main drawback is you could hear every foot step on the 3rd level where 3 bedrooms. On the main level there are 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms off the living room and kitchen. As soon as people started moving around you heard everything. No more sleep. You’d think because it was a totally timber type cabin that it would be solid BUT without normal insulation it’s like the ceilings and walls were paper thin. In our bedroom on main floor the fire detector was hanging from the ceiling without a battery installed. The glass sliding door in basement where there were table games and bedrooms the lock was broken. I did call about it. No one showed to repair it. Also, the children’s feet and or socks would be black, no mopping in quite a long time. The water pressure in the showers was not good.

  The location to activities was great. The house was stocked well with dish soap, dishwasher pods and paper towels. Also, the new grill had propane tanks and worked perfectly.

  It’s a shame the house was so noisy otherwise it had a perfect layout for us and the convenience to grocery store etc was convenient.

  The cabin was nice n clean upon arrival.. I was also able to check in 3 hours early.. but this thing I hated the most was the squeaking of the mattresses on the beds.. every toss n turn you are woke up by the squeaking made it hard to get a good nice rest... please upgrade mattresses in a hurry!!! Other than that it was nice...
