    The driveway is really steep but the Cabin is as clean and the few was fantastic from the front deck.

  • be aware before booking

    for one had three adults here and a doggie . no yard at all for doggie . we were left with one trash bag and one roll of toilet paper for multiple day stay and was told thats alll they supply snd would have to supply our own after using what they provide via text . mold is bad in bathroom especially ... cleanliness was ehh of the cabin . ive stayed at alot of places and prob wont be back to this one . neighbors were very loud behind property and kinda ruined the "relaxing feel of the smokeys" but i should have known due to how close the cabins were ...

    Hi Stephanie, we want our guests to arrive at a vacation home that is 100% ready for their stay, so we take the cleanliness of our properties seriously! We followed up with the homeowner after reading your feedback, and they wanted to share the following:
    - We were very disappointed to hear that our home did not meet your expectations, we are a pet-friendly property as we know how important it is to have our fur babies vacation with us, but we do not offer a fenced-in yard. We use local, professional photographers to make sure that the listing photos correctly reflect the property.
    - We have not had a complaint before about mold so this was a surprise to us, we use a cleaning service to have the home professionally cleaned before each guest's arrival. We wish you had reached out to the Guest Contact during your stay if there were any issues you needed to be addressed. We would have done everything we could to resolve them immediately so that you could enjoy the home. We have since checked the bathroom for mold and can confirm that none was found.
    - As is standard in the vacation rental industry, property maintenance provides a starter amount of toiletries and other essentials, and once that amount is out, it's typical for the guest to purchase more supplies.
    - As for the neighboring noise which is completely out of our control, we're sorry that it ruined that relaxing feel of the smokey's
    We do all we can to make the best possible stay, and we look forward to this property hosting many satisfied guests!

    The property was nice and clean. The Hot tub was placed in a "interesting" location. The only bathroom was placed in the Master Bedroom which was difficult for privacy. I don't remember if the property was marketed as a 2 bedroom. It is 1 with an open loft. Over all we enjoyed the stay and proximity to the main area of Pigeon Forge. The Sherwood Forest Community was nice and for the most part clean. There was residual trash left outside in the woods from what I'm assuming was a bear. My family and I enjoyed our stay the view from the balcony was nice.

  • Not a relaxing experience

    Smoke alarm went off all night for no reason. No communication from Property Sense after calling in about issue.

    Maintenance person showed up unannounced while we were sleeping.

    We were half dressed and confused.

    The maintenance person then told us that he was at the cabin earlier to fix the alarm while we were out. We were very angered to find this out as our dog was alone in the cabin. Had we received any communication we would have planned accordingly.

    Housekeeper pressured us to give him a tip. We exited the cabin on time.

    Found A few bugs on the bed.

    Spiderwebs on front porch and balcony.

    We wouldn’t stay again.

    Hi Selma and Stephen, we take it seriously when guests let us know that we missed the mark, and after sending your feedback to the homeowner, they’d like to share the following: 1) We're sorry your experience didn't meet your expectations. 2) We apologized to you on behalf of the maintenance service that they did not communicate when they would arrive to fix the fire alarm you called in about. 3) The cleaning staff is paid through the cleaning fee. 4) We do have an extermination service that services our home regularly, but we will let them know about your comments. 5) We encourage guests to reach out with their concerns while in residence so we can make things right.

    The cabin was easy to find and was in a great location! Super cozy and had everything we needed! It was also very clean. We loved our vacation!
