  • Wedding weekend

We stayed here for my son’s wedding. The location was great. Right in the heart of Gay St. The space was beautifully appointed. The rooftop was great for morning coffee and evening drinks. We did have an issue with the air conditioning. Sadly, it wasn’t working and it was a very warm weekend. We were told it would not be fixed during our stay. They did drop off fans and gave us a discount. Also, there was a weird odor in the place. You have to pay for parking in the nearby parking garages. Overall, this is a really nice place to stay if you are staying in downtown Knoxville

Unit was easy to find and the directions left by the owner were easy to follow.
