Very clean and had everything we needed. Beautifully decorated and very peaceful being next to the river. Beautiful water views to wake up to.

A beautiful, serene setting right on the river, cottage with lovely old flair and beautiful upgrades to compliment . We loved every minute, especially the wonderful morning goodbye from the eagle couple on the river!!!Can’t wait to return!Thank you!!

We enjoyed our stay.
Pros- Home was quaint. Fun decor. Removed from city. Beds comfortable. Family room was large. Customer service was quick and helpful. Plenty of laundry soap/dish soap/shampoo/blankets.
Downfalls- Description claimed river access, but the extremely steep, slight trail is not kept up. We could not get down. My hope was for the kids to play in the river, but impossible. The exterior of the home/windows/patio furniture were covered with spider webs and bird poop. A quick cleaning of those before each stay would improve the experience. Same goes for the listing of the fire pit. It’s overgrown. Would have loved to use that backyard.
Ruby’s River house is a beautiful cottage directly on the river. A perfect mix of old and new, comfortable, elegant, peaceful. We loved gazing at the river night and day, wading and communing with nature and the best was our last morning, a spectacular farewell from a pair of bald eagles calling and swooping together over the river as we drank our coffee! Can’t wait to go back!
