5/5 This was a nice well located property for a family wedding. Clean and well kept. Easy to find. Nice living room furniture has been added.

Very nice home, had everything we needed
4/5 Stayed in this home for our nieces wedding that was less than .5 miles at Grey Gable Estate.
Pros: Location, kitchen well stocked, ice in freezer! Neighborhood had everything you would want.
Cons"
This is a four bedroom but one of the rooms is NOT a bedroom.
Towels are old and not enough of them for a two night stay.
For the short amount of time we stayed this home was fine. The location to our nieces wedding was fantastic.
Weekend getaway
5/5 The experience and space was excellent. The only problem was that there was ants in the dining room and kitchen. Also some of the dishes weren't clean.

In the neighborhood
5/5 It was nice to find a house in our general neighborhood so that we could wait for construction to finish on ours. Very convenient!

Weekend wedding
3/5 Although the property was a convenient location and for the most part good we felt the main living area was not good furniture wise. Very dated, old and uncomfortable. Missing an iron but had an ironing board, stained carpeting and linens need replaced.

Hi Sue, thanks for letting us know about your stay. After going over your feedback, the homeowner wanted to address the items that you mentioned:
-We do plan on making furniture upgrades soon. We've also recently added a hot tub.
-We passed on your feedback to our cleaning team. They do check the linens and report they are still in good condition, but we'll evaluate further. We agree the carpets needed to be addressed, and we've gotten them deep cleaned.
