  My experience in this town was too beautiful, but regarding this place, it lacks hygiene and mop cleaning, the floor needs that, the sofa bed is not in good condition to sleep and if you need something, the person in charge never answers you.

  Nothing is as pictured! The fireplace did mot work! The bed is full size not queen! Dirty! Not central air! Two units. The one in the bedroom blew cool air all the time and the one one in th living room came on once and blew cold air

• Beware! Nothing like the pictures!

  Unit was nothing like the pictures and not very clean. Owner does not respond to emails prior to or during the stay. Bed was awful and not a queen size. Air conditioner bangs and clangs. Not very clean and kitchen sink was atrocious! Left after one night. Location was the only good thing about this place. And the rental company didn’t help us either. Buyer beware!

• Great condo! Located near restaurants and attractions!

  My family had an amazing stay! The unit was clean and nicely kept. Condo is a short walking distance from the main Gatlinburg strip with many restaurants and gift shops. Very much enjoyed our time!
