Nothing is as pictured! The fireplace did mot work! The bed is full size not queen! Dirty! Not central air! Two units. The one in the bedroom blew cool air all the time and the one one in th living room came on once and blew cold air

Our property uses two air conditioning units, similar to a suite setup in many hotels. This setup ensures both rooms stay cool and comfortable.

Unit was nothing like the pictures and not very clean. Owner does not respond to emails prior to or during the stay. Bed was awful and not a queen size. Air conditioner bangs and clangs. Not very clean and kitchen sink was atrocious! Left after one night. Location was the only good thing about this place. And the rental company didn’t help us either. Buyer beware!

My family had an amazing stay! The unit was clean and nicely kept. Condo is a short walking distance from the main Gatlinburg strip with many restaurants and gift shops. Very much enjoyed our time!
Can walk downtown. The pool and hot tub was nice. Would stay again

Location was conveniently close to attractions. Unit clean but cold. Elevator was out of service my whole stay with unit on the 7th floor, no wifi connection, communication with guest contact lacked promptness & evolve couldn't help with ANYTHING except directing me back to guest contact

- Regarding the elevator situation, we apologize for any confusion. While one elevator was indeed out of service for maintenance during your stay, the other elevator remained operational to facilitate guest access to the unit.
- In terms of temperature control, the condo is equipped with two oversized heaters, similar to those found in hotels. We apologize if adjusting the heater settings was not intuitive, and we appreciate your understanding.
- We're sorry to hear about the Wi-Fi connectivity issues you encountered. Our records indicate that there were no reported Wi-Fi issues before or after your stay, but we understand the frustration this may have caused and will investigate further to ensure the reliability of our internet connection.
