  Great location with easy access to everything. Room was very clean and decorated beautifully! Perfect for our family of three. Highly recommend would definitely book again!

• Awesome Condo

  We were so happy to have picked this condo. It was so cute and super clean. Everything worked perfectly. Walking distance to all downtown activities which saves a lot of money on parking. Noise was not a problem to us at all. Any communication was answered promptly. I would highly recommend this to all. We had a great time.

• Had trouble finding the place

  Couldn’t find the place at First there is a sign that says Laurel Inn Condominium at the front entrance it would have been helpful if it was mentioned in the directions to the condo and the walk to downtown was really far

We've confirmed that Google Maps does provide the correct directions to the address. The walk to the Gatlinburg Space Needle and Parkway is .4 miles (around 10 minutes), but we understand Gatlinburg's hills can make it feel a bit longer for some. Most Guests find our proximity to the popular attractions convenient, but your feedback is appreciated. We have confirmed the location pin on the listing is accurate. Our listing also includes a photo from the top of the building's back staircase showing the Space Needle in the background to help communicate the walking distance to the Parkway. • Beautiful place but…

  The rental property was just as the pictures showed… very, very nice. The location to downtown Gatlinburg was great too - we made the walk many times. I appreciated the cleanliness, the huge television in the main room, and the coffee. However, the room is right off the elevator and shared a wall with the main hallway that leads to the pool/back steps that lead to downtown. Between that and the fact you hear everything from the unit above, it was very loud every night (and not just New Year’s Eve). There was also an issue with hot water and we had a few cold showers - not sure if this was due to the unit or limited hot water in the whole building. Overall, we enjoyed our time in Gatlinburg, and walking down the back steps, had a great view of the New Year’s Eve celebration with the ball drop, drone show, and fireworks. But please do be aware that your stay will be noisy despite the signs posted around the inn that quiet hours begin at 9:00 PM.

  - Sound Concerns: I’m sorry to hear about the noise issues. While quiet hours are in place, we’ve now added a premium sound machine in the unit to enhance comfort and help ensure a restful night’s sleep.
  
  - Hot Water: I wish we had known about the hot water issue during your stay, as we would have sent someone out immediately. The hot water heater has since been serviced and is working perfectly.
