  This was a great place to stay in Gatlinburg. Everything was just a short walk away. The condo was really nice, everyone enjoyed their stay. We even saw bears on the property every day we were there.

• The property was perfect, no way to communicate after though

  We enjoyed our stay, however my son forgot a whole drawer of his clothes and I had reached out the only way I could find (a message though the evolve website) and it has been day 7 and still no response. Driving back through in a few days and was trying to make arrangements to pick up to no avail.

• Beds uncomfortably

  Pros: The condo was clean and had enough room for 5 adults. A quick walk to the main strip which was nice so we didn’t need to pay to park when we wanted to go to town.

  Cons: The first floor bed was uncomfortable and you rolled to the center of the bed. The second floor bed was hard and uncomfortable for our liking, and the ceiling fan was noisy.

  We have stayed in these condos before and we had no issues or concerns, that is why we chow to stay there again.
