Great condo in a great location
5/5 The condo is within a easy walking distance to downtown Gatlinburg. Condo is on the 5th floor of the building. It was very clean and the kitchen was well stocked. The beds were comfortable. We enjoyed sitting in the rocking chairs on the balcony and listening to the stream rush by. The swimming pool area was very nice and the pool was very clean. There are several restaurants and a large grocery store near the condo. Our stay was quiet and relaxing. We would definitely stay in this condo again. We did have a bit of excitement during our stay. We were walking back to the condo from downtown Gatlinburg when a bear stepped out of the shrubbery onto the sidewalk about 30 feet in front of us. The bear began walking towards us and my thought was that he smelled the bakery goods and breakfast sandwich I was carrying and was coming to get them. I was getting ready to very reluctantly drop the bag of food and move away when the bear suddenly made a turn between two hotels and disappeared. After we got over the surprise of being that close to a bear we had a good laugh about it because I was more distressed about losing the delicious food in the bag than the bear being so close.
Great property
4/5 We had some mishaps getting into the property but Laura was very accommodating and helped us get into the building. The property was wonderful. The only thing I would mention was there was no hair dryer. But other than that it was perfect! We will definitely stay again!
