  Cabin was nice, some cobwebs in the ceiling and windows but hey it's in the woods so it is what it is, wish there was better signs to point out the exact road to take, they was tight and weeds was a little overgrown on the path to the driveway. Overall we was happy and comfortable.

  Well first of all I thought I was booking with VRBO which I’ve always had excellent communication with and pleasant stays in the past. I didn’t realize until after the payment was made that this was through a property mgmt co called Evolve. The surroundings are not as pleasant as a Campground located on the way in and a camper/trailer below. Apparently someone is building or clearing land across from this house and the people visited a few times while we were there. They let their dogs off leash and the lady in the camper went crazy!I was suppose to bring my dog but last minute we decided against it and I’m glad we did, No grass to use the bathroom. The parking was awful and you had to make 3 or 4 point turn every time to get out. The road had a lot of pot holes too. The cabin was somewhat clean but truly needs a deep clean! Bugs were on the counters and in the master bathroom. A pest company should definitely come and spray. A wasp nest was on the back porch which we sprayed but another was forming on the corner of the house which we couldn’t get too. The back deck is small and the furniture is not comfortable. The sofas in the living room need to be replaced. The master bed sinks on both sides and needs to be replaced. Our backs hurt everyday. The gas grill was full of ants and no propane. We couldn’t use it but after finding all the ants in it who would want too. They also had Xmas decorations still up and its July

• Cute Cabin- could be cleaner

  The road to the cabin was difficult to drive in a car. Would recommend a larger vehicle for guests. Cabin was mostly clean, but floors had not been swept, and beer cans surrounded the outside of the property. View isn’t as great as in the picture. Bed was comfortable. Not much hot water for taking a cabin.

  -We're sorry that our charming cabin did not exceed your expectations. As our home is located in the mountains, guests booking during any season should expect mountain roads. Travelers can also see in the listing before they book that the cabin is on a "Mountain Road". We have large trucks that have stayed and can navigate and haven't experienced problems. Everyone's level of confidence with driving on this type of road does vary.
  -Our cleaning team pays very close attention to detail. The cabin was thoroughly cleaned and sanitized, including mopping and vacuuming. We apologize if the floor or cleaning was not up to par. With cleanliness concerns, we ask that guests reach out right away. We would have done everything we could to resolve it immediately, but were not given the opportunity to.
  - The hot water tank is on a well and brand new and has not been an issue in the past. We have had up to 8 people as many as the house occupancy allows and there have been no issues with the quantity of hot water, unless guests are taking baths.
  Most of our guests have a wonderful time staying at our property. We try to do our best to take care of any concerns that may come up and to go above and beyond to make sure all of our guests are happy!
