Great place to relax
5/5 We recently returned from our trip to Gatlinburg (2 adults and 2 children). This rental had everything we needed. As others have noted the condo is well appointed and very clean. Check in and check out was easy and the owners are responsive, they even welcomed us with a quick text upon arrival. The unit's location is extremely convenient to all Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge have to offer, but be aware that you drive a decent way up the mountain to get to the condo (which has some tight hairpin turns - my husband drove it like a pro by weeks end :). As others have also mentioned you can hear the footsteps of the upper unit, but the bed was so comfortable I didn't mind.
Short weekend stay
4/5 This is a good spot for a traditional family of 4. Good location, with easy access to downtown Gatlinburg and parkway to Pidgeon Forge. I personally loved all of the TVs already loaded with apps.
5/5 Very nice place to stay. It was very clean and nicely decorated. The location to town and to the national park was great. My kids enjoyed the tv in the bedroom. The views were great! Perfect for our family to relax in after a great day exploring.
