  This could be a really nice unit if the owner would visit it to make some updates. First off it needs to be cleaned better. I was thankful I brought Lysol wipes. The bedding sheets had stains and the comforters were not clean. Kitchen drawers had old condiments in them which is pretty tacky. There were 2,gas grills but neither had a propane tank that was full. Overall we enjoyed our stay and it is a cute place just needs some attention especially to the cleanliness.

• Could have been better!

  While the booking process and the check-in/check-out process were smooth, the condo itself was not up to expectations. For one, there was a cookie sheet full of grease that was left in the oven from the previous guests, the pots and pans were so small (I don't expect brand new pots/pans, but for petes sake, at least have a skillet that will hold enough food to feed at least 4-5 people). We had a message from presumably the owner stating that a new AC filter was being put in that afternoon, however, there was no filter for our entire stay. The TV was a joke (there was a binder that listed cable TV stations), but we could never figure out how to get the cable to work. We could hear sound, but no picture. I sent a message to the same number that advised us about the AC filter for guidance and never received a response. The condo looked as if it had not been swept before our arrival and there was a "size M" sticker on one of the bathroom sinks which leads me to believe that nothing was wiped down. The pool was nice, and the location of the condo was good.

  -We’re sorry about the grease left in the oven and the inadequate cookware size. We will address this with our cleaning team and ensure the kitchen is better equipped for future guests.
  -The A/C filter was replaced the same day we informed you, and we apologize if this caused any inconvenience during your stay.
  -We regret that the condo did not meet your cleanliness expectations. We will discuss this with our cleaning team to ensure a more thorough job in the future.

• Nice condo and lots of black bears!

  We had a great time, the pool access was very near by, the condo was clean and we actually saw quite a few bears! One actually came up to the balcony banister but we were inside the condo at the time-we never fell threated but just much more aware of our surroundings. It is about 10-15 minutes drive up hill but the views are beautiful.Location was far enough from all the traffic of Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge but only a 20 minute drive-there is a trolly system that was easy to use took us all into downtown Gatlinburg for free and worth using! We will definitely be back!
