Absolutely beautiful! Highly recommend
We had a few issues and it was hard to get ahold of anyone. Came back on night and couldn’t get in driveway they did have a second drive. If I wouldn’t had rented a jeep we would have not gotten in. The neighbors trailer got a flat and put it in our driveway and the owner tried to say it was the city. Will not be staying here again.

The overall structure and appliances of the cabin are great and the setting is beautiful. The cabinets and furniture are well used to the point of needing repair or replacement. I would recommend hooks / hangers in the bathrooms and bedrooms. Shelves next to vanity would be great for travelers. The master bedroom bed was comfortable. The pillows throughout were gross. I was afraid to touch them. The loft game room was great. The sofa beds were fine to sit on but in horrible condition when pulled out. It would be helpful to have a laminated cards for the televisions. I was able to figure them out by trial and error. Knowing the name of the cable company would be helpful. I think the DVD player would be useful in the loft. It didn’t seem to have access to TV and wasn’t SMART so we couldn’t cast.

First of all we were looking forward to relaxing in the hot tub after driving 8 hours but once we opened it up it was only 65 degrees so that was disappointing, second the driveway had leaves all all over it making it tuff to see coming in at night (I swept the entrance the next morning so we could see it the rest of the stay). May I suggest putting a light on the house number to make it easier to find at night and the gas fire pit outside works if you use a lighter, the spark for the pilot light is weak and will not light it. The tv in the bedroom only played dvd’s we could not figure out how tow arch channels. The cabin itself is a nice cabin to stay in all and all and easy access to Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge.
