  Our stay at this unit was exactly what our family needed! As a family of 5, we often find it difficult to find a cozy place to sleep us comfortably; however, with the additional third bed out sleeping arrangements worked out perfectly!! As with most rentals; this place had minor set backs such as; a few missing or non-working light bulbs, some extra pillows without any pillowcases, a little bit of clutter in the closet BUT none of that mattered to us! This place gave us all the essentials we needed to enjoy and relax! From the bright beach vibes on the inside

  This was not secure and not safe. The access to the building was always unlocked. Homeless could walk into the building and they did. It was not located at the resort that had amenities. The condo was not clean, the indoor pool was dirty. There was not a kitchen with stove and oven as described. There was no WiFi, and the TVs did not have working remotes.

  Owner's response: "Samantha, the right vacation home is everything, and we're disappointed if this wasn't the one for you. It's upsetting to get a review like this when this is our livelihood and we strive to make each guest comfortable and give them a good experience.
  
  - This is a very safe and secure location, the building has security and we do not have homeless people who are allowed in the building at any time. We have people who reside here as this is their permanent home.
  - We take cleanliness very seriously and I do all of the cleaning myself the home is 100% clean and sanitized for all guests. The condo is spotless, a steam mop is used on the floors and every surface is cleaned.
  - We have remotes available for the TVs and if you could not figure out how to use them we would have been happy to help you, we are available for any questions. The front desk is available for any and all questions.
  - We have very good wifi and we have not had any issues with it not working, again if you needed help we wish you had reached out to the front desk.
  - Regarding the amenities everything that is in the listing is available. We have wristbands for all of the activities, several if needed.
  
  We do all we can to make the best possible stay, and we look forward to this property hosting many satisfied guests. We will continue to strive for the 5-star experiences we know we can deliver."
