  We enjoyed our stay at the Caravelle. The amenities were nice, the location was great. We enjoyed the hammocks on the lawn in the evening. I will say there was a very strong odor of marijuana throughout the halls of the resort and when we were on the balcony. The jetted tub was a nice perk and was in working order when we stayed. We would stay here again!

  Paid extra to have a jacuzzi and it didn’t work properly. Would run 20 seconds- 2 minutes then just randomly cut off.

• Family Vacay before Back to School

  We were pleased with our stay at Idyllic & would definitely consider coming back for our next planned vacation. One thing that we noticed was the whirlpool tub in the master bedroom did not work properly. In order for the jets to work, you had to continuously hold down the button. Also, our checkout time at 10 AM we felt was a bit early. I understand it takes time To clean and prepare the room for the next upcoming reservation. However, The cleaning service was waiting outside our door well before 10 AM and we felt a bit rushed To leave. Other than these two incidents, we felt that the room was perfect for our family and hope to return soon!

  The room was a great size with a beautiful view of the ocean. Checking in was simple as we just had to find the room and enter our door code. The jacuzzi bathtub was broken and out of order and there was crayons left in the rug, dirt and trash near the windows. It was an absolute nightmare with towels as we learned we either had to pay for more or wash them daily. The parking garage was intense because it was so tight. The property manger was very responsive to all of our concerns tho.
