Not impressed
2/5 Upon arrival the security guard helped me with the check in process. The facility its self was clean and easy to navigate. Pools were clean and an easy access to the beach.
The negative: upon arrival the bedroom which is as you are walking into the room from the main door AC was working flawlessly but as you cross the threshold to the kitchen and the living room it was hot with a code on the AC unit. We had to reset this unit in the living room every 15 mins to keep it somewhat cool. The bedroom remote was no where to be found & the living room remote did not work the tv (we contacted the host with no response). When night time come around there were no linens for the pull out bed so we had to go purchase linen for our son to have something to sleep on.
We will stay at Bluewater again but not from this host highly dissatisfied with our experience.

4/5 The amenities and lobby were kept very clean and staff and security were helpful and nice. Room could use some updates but overall a good experience.
