  My Grandkids and I brought my husband down for a surprise birthday vacation. It was everything we wanted it to be. It was clean and spacious for the five of us. There is also a sofa bed that is not mentioned in the description. We over looked the golf course and there were ducks everywhere. Everything was close by and there was never a long drive. I would definitely recommend this place. I would love to stay here again.

  Overall a great place to stay. Central location to lots of attractions and restaurants. Small hiccup with check-in, but our host checked on us throughout our stay.

  We had a great weekend. Would highly recommend this location, but you will need to bring your own iron and hair dryer.

  Great location for relatively newly renovated condo. Check in instructions need updated as they instruct to access keys in lockbox but door has keypad (which is a nice update.) Upon check in, the ceiling light in the front bedroom was non functional, even after changing lightbulbs, leaving no light in the room. Front bathroom toilet was fully clogged upon check in and I had to clear it. Master bath toilet fill valve needed adjusted for that toilet to work too. Master bath tub has full hair clog that prevented draining, but delivered hair back up into the tub from prior guests. Not a welcome addition to a shower. Master bath also had basket carefully staged with random prior guest toiletries that were left over. Open boxes of anti-diarrheal medication and half used shampoo, random q tips and aloe Vera are not amenities and should be discarded, not offered up to the next guest. If floor was vacuumed prior to check in, it was done very poorly as prior guest hair found throughout and on master bed and bed cover. Absent these issues, this would have been a nice rental in a great location. Well-decorated but these issues should be fixed to make it rentable.

  - We value the cleanliness and condition of the home. The bathroom was in working order and cleared by inspection prior to your arrival. To ensure efficiency, we will make sure the home is professionally and thoroughly prepared and address any issues if necessary. 
  - Communication is highly important to us and we maintain consistent availability. During your stay, we did not receive any contact. We encourage guests to contact us with any concerns while in residence so we have the opportunity to make things right - the local contact would have been happy to address the cleanliness issue immediately.
