- We apologize for the dishwasher not working it had a clogged line, but it has been drained and is now working properly.
- Regarding your claim of pests in the house, we wish you could provide photos for us so that we can see them. We have a monthly scheduled appointment with pest control and have not had anyone else see any pests nor have we seen any ourselves.
- We take cleanliness very seriously and we know that our cleaners have cleaned the house properly. We ensure each guest walks into a home that is 100% clean and sanitized. We are not sure what you are talking about do you mean the actual outside of the house or a different room in the house?
We do all we can to make the best possible stay, and we look forward to this property hosting many satisfied guests. We will continue to deliver the 5-star experiences we know we can deliver."Perfect little Spot…
