  Property was as displayed; however, we had cooling issues on the first floor, fridge/freezer unit did not work, and pump on the pool went out. 3 of the 5 days we stayed were interrupted by service providers for repairs.

  Hi Elisa, we want our guests to have a smooth and enjoyable stay, and we apologize for the issues you encountered during your family vacation. We followed up with the homeowner after reading your feedback, and they wanted to share the following:
  - We sincerely apologize for the issues you encountered during your stay. Unusually hot and humid weather caused the A/C units to work overtime. As soon as we were made aware, we promptly sent a service provider to address the problem, even in the evening, and further assessed the system the next day for long-term solutions.
  - The pool filter pump malfunctioned coincidentally on the same day as the A/C issue and had a service provider assess and fix the pump within 24 hours, ensuring zero disruption to pool use.
  - We did not receive any communication regarding the refrigerator or freezer not working. Subsequent guests have not reported any issues with these appliances.
  - While it's unfortunate that multiple systems needed service during your stay, we emphasize that such maintenance can be expected in peak seasons and heavily used vacation homes.
  Thank you for your insight, and we hope to have the opportunity to host you again under better circumstances!

  The home is large and nicely decorated. Plenty of room for everyone to spread out. The pool pump was out even we arrived and it was repaired quickly. The Owner/Host was responsive to the problem. The greater community area and its pools were also nice. Overall, we enjoyed our stay!

• Lovely peaceful home.

  This home offers it all! Location is ideal for the perfect family beach vacation. The pool area is inviting and designed for comfort. There is plenty of quit places to sit and read. The kitchen is stocked with enough dishes and appliances to actually prep and serve your meals. The bedrooms are laidout with privacy in mind. The two great rooms are open and airy. The hosts are very attentive and friendly.
