Great family condo
4/5 I read some reviews before booking and that made us a little iffy on whether or not this was the place for our family. But we took the chance and booked it. Honestly, you couldn’t beat it. We’ve stayed at several locations in this resort and this one was no different than any other. We’ve loved all of them. There’s an upgrade or two I would recommend such as a new faucet, or to fix the current one in the kitchen because the water didn’t spray correctly. I would personally take the big table off the deck & add a smaller one to make more walking room on the balcony. In total, this place was absolutely great. It was one of the better vacations my family and I have had at this resort. One we’ll never forget!! A nasty or junky condo wouldn’t have made such a happy trip for us. I have nothing terrible to say about this place or there’s nothing that would keep us from wanting to book here again!! I would book this condo again! It’s literally perfect for a family of 4-5!

Do not stay in this place
1/5 Falsely said apartment is cleaned, no parking pass left in room or any information for Wi-Fi.
Couch had a broken leg, juice glass stuck in garbage disposal. Air conditioner vent in master bedroom did not work, mold on shower curtain, balcony dirty and trashy, hole in wall, HVAC unit had no filter, I took photos. Contacted cleaning team and EVOLVE, no action taken. Guess the cleaning fee is just a tourist rip off

Homey Myrtle Beach Condo w/ Resort Amenities!
2/5 Check in process was easy. The pictures make this place look wonderful but, that was not the case. We weren’t able to shower in the master bathroom because the knob was broken. When I called the numbers provided and left messages, no one returned my call. The room looked as if it hadn’t been cleaned very well in a long time. There was trash visibly under the dressers, couches, bed, and nightstand. The floors and bathrooms were gross. Overall I would NEVER recommend this spot to anyone.

Good location good price!
4/5 This property owner is fairly new to renting property we had a few little hiccups but he was very accommodating with us! The location to the beach and all amenities was excellent!! All and all we had a great week! The place could use a little TLC but owner is working on this, he lives out of State and is doing his best! We actually met him very nice person!! Good for the price! Had a great week!! 4 adults 2 teenagers
