Excellent, quiet location near a lot!
5/5 I stayed here with my son who participated in the Ripken experience. The unit is a ground floor, corner apartment. There is a communal pool on the property and its adjacent to a golf course. We found it cozy, comfortable, super clean, with very clear instructions and well stocked. We were 7 minutes from Ripken, 6 minutes from the beach and almost across the street from Broadway. Communication with the owner was easy and she was quick to respond. Overall, I would definitely stay again and highly recommend!

5/5 Our experience renting this property was great! Everything was exactly like pictured in the advertisement. A house manual was provided to follow and spelled out everything... what to do and what not to do. The owner and her sister was extremely helpful and very nice. Would definitely love to go back and rent again. Thank you!

DO NOT STAY HERE!!
1/5 Coffee table is not safe for adults or children. A day after checkout we were notified by the homeowner that we broke a blind because there wasn't any strings attached. Come to find out it was an automatic blind that was never broke. She was very nasty and rude in messages. You have no control over the thermostat. It stayed 76 degrees in there. She advised "children" ate ice cream and destroyed a bed that had protectors on them. There was never any ice cream at in the home. I would definitely not recommend staying at this property. We are frequent VRBO vacation renters and have never had an experience like this nor have we been talked to the way this homeowner has or accused by a homeowner like this! STAY AWAY FROM THIS PROPERTY OR YOU WILL BE CHARGED TONS OF MONEY FOR THINGS YOU NEVER EVEN DID
